PT Solo is One Fitness's flagship programme. You train privately with your assigned coach, the same person, the same slot, every week. No shared sessions, no group classes, no waiting your turn.
Every programme begins with a full fitness assessment through the ONE ASSESS system, a systematic evaluation of your movement patterns, joint range, and baseline strength. Your programme is built from that data, not from assumptions.
Sessions are 50 minutes, and the studio stays calm by design. With only two coaches, there are never more than two sessions running at once. You hold a permanent weekly slot for as long as you're a client.
One Fitness keeps a maximum of 10 active clients per coach. When slots are full, new clients join the waiting list.
This isn't a session package, and it isn't priced like one. PT Solo is a monthly coaching commitment built entirely around you. Your investment is set at your assessment, once we've seen where you're starting and what your goal actually needs. You'll know exactly where you stand before anything begins.
