Privacy Policy

Information you give us directly, including when you use the quiz, the booking form, the intake form, or chat with us:

• Your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Your gender and location, which we use to match you with the right coach and programme.
• Your fitness goals, training history, and preferences.
• Health information you choose to share, such as injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations, so we can recommend safe training.
• The content of messages you send us through the website, email, or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically when you visit the website, including basic device and usage data and essential cookies needed for the site to work. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used, and a first-party cookie that remembers which link brought you to us (for example a link from Instagram) so we can see which channels work. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

• To respond to your enquiries and recommend the right programme for you.
• To book and manage your fitness assessment and training sessions.
• To deliver coaching and run your account.
• To send you service messages, and, where you have agreed, marketing emails about our programmes.
• To operate our AI assistant so it can answer questions and capture your enquiry.
• To process payments for our services.
• To improve our services and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We offer an AI assistant on our website and on WhatsApp that can answer your questions and help you get booked in. When you chat with it, your messages are processed by trusted AI providers (currently Anthropic and Google) so the assistant can understand you and reply. Conversations are stored so we can follow up and so a coach can help you.

If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number and the messages you send, and we use them to reply and follow up with you. WhatsApp messaging is also subject to the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp and Meta.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run One Fitness, and only as needed to deliver our services:

• Hosting and database providers that store your data securely.
• Our email provider, to send booking confirmations and emails you have agreed to receive.
• Google, for scheduling your sessions in our calendar and for the AI assistant.
• Anthropic, for the AI assistant.
• WhatsApp and Meta, when you contact us on WhatsApp.
• Everfit, the app we use to deliver your training programme.
• A secure third-party payment provider, when you make a payment. We do not store your full card details.

We may also share information where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our team, or others.

Some of our service providers operate outside Kuwait, so your information may be processed in other countries. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected.

We keep your personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

• You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your information.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or by contacting us. We will still send essential service messages, such as booking confirmations.

Any health information you share with us, such as injuries or medical conditions, is treated as confidential. We use it only to recommend and deliver safe training, and we share it only with the coach working with you.

One Fitness is an adult studio. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will remove it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit who can access it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
