One Fitness operates a maximum of 10 active PT clients per coach. When a slot opens, waitlisted contacts whose preferred schedule matches are notified first — in the order they joined the list.

How it works
Complete the quiz and application. If all slots for your coach are occupied, you are placed on the waiting list automatically.
When a permanent slot opens that matches your preferred training schedule, you will be contacted by your coach directly. You have 48 hours to confirm before the offer moves to the next person.
While you wait, Online Coaching is available immediately — many clients use it to build a strong foundation before their in-person slot begins.
