One or two sessions per week in the studio. A structured programme in between.
Hybrid Coaching combines in-person training at the One Fitness studio with a full online coaching programme delivered through Everfit. Your coach designs both sides and they connect: what happens in the studio informs the online work, and vice versa.
It's the entry point into One Fitness's in-person coaching for people who aren't yet training at a high enough frequency for a full PT Solo slot, or who want to build consistency first.
Your studio sessions run in the same calm, uncrowded space as everything else here, with never more than two sessions at once. There's no application process for Hybrid; get in touch directly and we'll arrange your first session.
Hybrid clients who later move up to PT Solo go to the front of the waiting list.
Like the rest of our in-person coaching, Hybrid is a monthly commitment rather than a session pack. Your investment is set when we plan it together, so you'll know exactly where you stand before you begin.
