Hybrid Coaching
We have space for personal training.
Hybrid: one or two sessions a week in the studio, and one or two you do on your own.
A slot has opened with your coach, and it is Hybrid Coaching. That means one or two sessions a week with them in the studio.
Because we want every client to get a result from what we offer, Hybrid asks you to commit to one or two sessions outside the studio as well. Cardio, a workout at home, or a session at a gym near you.
That gets you in and training with your coach. As more studio hours come free, you can take them.
Your studio sessions run in the same calm, uncrowded space as everything else here, with never more than two sessions at once. There's no application process for Hybrid; get in touch directly and we'll arrange your first session.
Hybrid clients who later move up to PT Solo go to the front of the waiting list.
Like the rest of our in-person coaching, Hybrid is a monthly commitment rather than a session pack. Your investment is set when we plan it together, so you'll know exactly where you stand before you begin.
The studio sessions are where the technical work happens. Your coach watches you move, corrects what needs correcting, and loads the lifts that are difficult to judge on your own.
You still start with ONE ASSESS. The baseline matters more here, not less, because your coach is not standing next to you for most of your training week and the programme has to be right without constant supervision.

Common questions
How many sessions in the studio do I get?
One or two per week, depending on which suits your schedule and your goal. The rest of your training happens on your own, following the programme your coach built for you in the One Fitness App.
What is the difference between Hybrid and Online Coaching?
Hybrid includes in-person sessions in the studio with your coach. Online Coaching is fully remote. If you want eyes on your technique and hands on your loading, you want Hybrid.
Do I need to apply?
No. Unlike PT Solo there is no application or waiting list for Hybrid. Get in touch directly and we will arrange your assessment and your first session.
Can I move up to full PT later?
Yes, and Hybrid is the most direct route in. Hybrid clients who want to move to PT Solo go to the front of the waiting list when a slot opens with their coach.
Where do I do the sessions I am not doing in the studio?
Wherever you train: your building gym, a commercial gym, or at home. Tell your coach what equipment you have access to and the programme is written around it rather than around equipment you do not have.
What does Hybrid Coaching cost?
It is a monthly commitment rather than a session pack, and the figure is agreed when we plan your programme together. We do not publish a per-session rate for in-person coaching, because the value is in the programme and the continuity rather than the hour itself.
